“the worst service ever, never got my refund back, they dont respond to emails. almost 300 euros lost because of this sh!t company. I have all the receipts, this company is the worst. 2 years and still never heard back from them or got my money back. HORRIBLE!”

“It was Absolutely impossible to log in to get my tickets. Tried to log in on my phone, computer then I downloaded the app, reset my password waited 3 days for link to arrive, still noting. Support email that was provided for contact, says that this email is not monitored anymore. I thought that this company is one big scam and I lost the money I paid for the tickets. Luckily someone finally replied and re send me my tickets. Such a hassle tho.”
