“I tried to enter sito muy ticket on New Year’s day and they told me that it was duplicated, when I asked the customer service they told me that the ticket had not been used but at the entrance I had to pay again”

“I purchased 3 tickets, and for some reason I was charged for 6 tickets. But I only received 3 tickets the only tickets I wanted. I've sent them everything to proof this mistake and with no hassle they sent me a refund immediately.”
