“I ordered tickets to the Chelsea vs Bayern Münich game and was thrilled to find out that the tickets were legit especially considering that I payed in excess of £300 on 2 tickets that retailed at £75
What I am annoyed about is that to pick up the tickets I had to go to a random café in the middle of Edgware Road rather than picking them up at the venue, receiving an e-ticket or home delivery(which I understand would have been difficult due to ordering them just 26 hours before kick off
I also found the customer support very annoying as it was slow and continued to tell me the same thing rather than helping my problem
Overall I recommend if you need last minute tickets and have the money and are willing to pick them up but otherwise I would recommend another site”
