“I highly recommend this website as my go-to for purchasing tickets. The map feature is exceptional, allowing you to select your desired seat. ';.;,805'/;.633'/;.,,1865';.,.The venue was conveniently accessible with ample parking, and all facilities were impeccably clean. The employees were well-organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were fortunate to have VIP tickets, granting us the opportunity to meet Alan Ruck downstairs. The staff went above and beyond in assisting me with navigating the stairs and capturing numerous photos of me with Mr. Ruck. Using Ticketmaster on my phone was a seamless and user-friendly experience. Although our seats were on the stage, there were moments where we faced the audience and performers' backs. Nonetheless, it was an incredible experience to witness the show from the perspective of the performers themselves.”

“Eva Ayllon for West Palm Beach (about 100 miles away), however, Ticketmaster confirmed the tickets for a location in New York which is 1,200 miles away. The ONLY possibility to get in touch with them was an email address I found. So within 10 minutes of ordering, I responded by email. The next day, I received an email back that said they take care of it. Then another day later, they said that they are Ticketmaster Australia. “try and find a way to actually speak to someone...impossible these days do if you have a problem...you are stuffed. Not everyone is IT accustomed and some may be disabled you know?! “Thank you ticketmaster for my refund on the tickets I purchased, owing to flight restrictions into the USA. 5 Stars. Please will you amend your policy on resale of tickets, so anyone outside of the USA that does not have bank account in the USA can resale there tickets. Once again thank you keep up the good work.”
