Got a Question?

I put tickets on TicketSwap; they were sold and I received the money for them. On their website they say that all tickets are checked before putting them for sale; does this mean they didn't check mine? I bought them online from Eventim and I paid the full price. They say on the website that if you want to buy tickets and have paid for them you can download them immediately. Because TicketSwap has paid me this means they have received the money from the new buyer (a couple of days earlier?) and the new buyer has more than likely downloaded the tickets. I am concerned that if I pay them back there might be a copy of my tickets already out there somewhere. And why should I pay them back? They say on their website all tickets are checked before being put for sale! Does anybody have advice regarding this. Thanks
