“Superb service and delivery and the wipes really do work well. I was a little anxious about using them on an expensive silk tie, but you just wipe the area you want to clean, it does what it is supposed to do and dries with no stains or discolouration.”

“I was pleased with the tie itself but, I had paid £9 for quick delivery as I needed it for a funeral and it took 7 days to be delivered which was too late.”

So sorry it didn't make it to the funeral in time. We shipped it out immediately and FedEx usually deliver in 1-2 days but there must have been some unforeseen incident causing the delay. If you don't want to keep the tie, you can return it for a full refund.
