“Excellent choice of ties! I needed a tie to match an unusual coloured shirt so took the opportunity to order a sample before I made a purchase. This arrived promptly and I was kept informed of despatch/arrival in the UK throughout. It was just perfect so I placed my order and again it arrived quickly and very well packaged…including a stain remover sachet. Highly satisfied customer, would strongly recommend and would use again in the future. Thank you!”

“I used Tieroom for my wedding ties, for myself, my groomsmen & the fathers. The service that the staff provided throughout was of the highest standard - from receiving various ties, ordering more, sending back, I was absolutely delighted with how helpful Niklas was. The ties themselves were perfect. The quality and the style were exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be certain to use again.”

“Totally disappointed. I bought a self tie and it has been delivered a pre tied one. I couldn't sent it back as I needed soon. Price too expensive for a fake pre tied silk one”

“The quality of the product was very good but delivery not so much. Paid £12 for 2 working day express delivery and arrived on the 4th working day so didn’t arrive in time for wedding and had to buy a tie elsewhere.”

Sorry you didn't get the tie in time for the wedding. As the order was placed on a Saturday, it was not shipped until Monday and then delivered in 2 working days. If you now have no use for the tie, you are of course free to return it for a refund.
