“The selection of the ties was fantastic, the best around. The product arrived well before the estimated delivery date and the product was exactly what it said on the description. Had many questions about where I got the tie from on wearing it.”

Hi M,this was alarming news, it's been more than a month since it was sent. Wish we'd heard from you sooner, than we would have taken care of it immediately. The order was placed on April 3rd, and shipped the following day. Since it's standard delivery it's not trackable I'm afraid, but at this point we'll send you a new parcel. Before we do that, however, we'd like you to confirm the address you submitted with the order. Incomplete/accidentally incorrect addresses are by far the most common explanation for delays.
