“A little frustrating that the printer was not in stock, and took 20 some days to arrive. However I did greatly appreciate the customer service’s response time and honesty. In the end it was a smooth process, and I’m extremely happy with the performance of the Upbox +. Would highly recommend.”

“Your service and components are excellent. On the other hand, your marketing strategy is not acceptable imho: I have to order parts from China when there exists TierTime distributors in the USA. Canada is attached to the USA - which is obviously much closer than China. The other significant issue is the price of replacement parts - compared to other manufacturers - Tiertime's parts are often 100 times more expensive - assuming of course you can locate the part from Amazon, Ebay etc... In summary, the Tiertime's products total cost of ownership is somewhat prohibitive.”

“This is the 1st problem I have that Tiertime addressed (which is a nice surprise as I wasn't expecting it) and I am happy so far. My experience with the UP300 has been good (based on the machine I have on hand). Except for the Flat Cable, but Tiert8ime addressed my problem satisfactorily.”

“An 8 day delay to say try unplugging it. Then I need to be a service tech to fix a 30 day old printer Finally I should send it 1400 miles, at my own cost, to be fixed.”
