So far I am very satisfied with the attitude of the Cetus 3D printer problem solving team. There are problems, but they can be solved. Maybe if quality control were improved, there wouldn't be any problems...

Helpful in general, but the bit of info that the login feature has no function at all should have come right with your first reply. I made your staff aware that Wand, once started by Studio 3, keeps running as a process even if closing both, Wand and Studio 3 properly. Processes running even when the actual program ie closed is generally bad practice for any software. Furthermore Wand's leftover process keeps Studio 2 from connecting to the printer. I wrote a script to kill the process after closing Wand, as a workaround, but something similar should be implemented in the next version of Studio 3. I know, it's beta, so this is just a suggestion for a solution for an actual issue.
