“It is a difficult device to use because it is possible to make many mistakes and even likely that the user will make those mistakes. There is nothing to guide the user and prevent certain mistakes. Leveling the bed is one and accessing Wi-Fi is another. the menus are just ridiculous and they challenge The user unnecessarily.”
