“I got my problem resolved, but it took some time and the response rate was slow. I understand that Tech Support is in China, some 12-14hrs different from my time zone. I'm thankful that I got the problem fixed, faster would have been nice, but otherwise I am happy that I got to work with Jason Wu.”
