“shipping to Canada seems to take a long time. Support tickets become inactive due to long time spent waiting for items to arrive at the final destination (in canada).”

“Nice hardware. Software needs a lot more support. IMO should focus on firmware support of standard gcode / klipper and getting key dual extruder features into an open source slicer (prusa or cura?) Insufficient resources to develop and maintain a competitive slicer, so focus on the strong hardware design capabilities.”

“I am very pleased with your quick and proper response and advice. Also, the circuit boards for repair were supplied from your Web store site. These parts of Tiertime, I can rate 10. But the user manual and tutorial of the Cetus3D itself seem to be too simple. I have some difficulty to use these applications.”
