I didn't change anything, but after awhile it started working again. It also worked better when I plugged in the USB, not use wifi. It's still glitchy when it's wifi but most of the time it works.

Thanks for sticking with my problem, which was apparently the CPU board wasn't activated at the factory. The new board took a while to arrive but has corrected the situation and I'm back to happily printing parts on this amazing printer.

I bought this UP Plus2 printer and while setting it up heard a piece rattling around inside. I immediately reached out to Tietime via email. Although their response was great and correct, it two weeks for them to reach out and by then I had found the answer online and fixed it myself. I have had other software issues that took 3 weeks to get a call back and again I found some answers online. It's a great machine but they need to be a little quicker with their response time.
