“While I haven't received my replacement printer for the one I received damaged. Communication has been good and hopefully, my replacement printer will arrive in working order. The replacement printer arrived and is working fine. The delivery was later than initially expected, but not too bad and while late, communication was good and I am pleased.”

“Helpful in general, but the bit of info that the login feature has no function at all should have come right with your first reply. I made your staff aware that Wand, once started by Studio 3, keeps running as a process even if closing both, Wand and Studio 3 properly. Processes running even when the actual program ie closed is generally bad practice for any software. Furthermore Wand's leftover process keeps Studio 2 from connecting to the printer. I wrote a script to kill the process after closing Wand, as a workaround, but something similar should be implemented in the next version of Studio 3. I know, it's beta, so this is just a suggestion for a solution for an actual issue.”
