“Ordered samples they arrived within a few days, I made a choice of the tile I wanted and ordered it, all the tiles were delivered on pallets, within a couple of days from full order, driver extremely polite and ensured delivery onto drive safely”

“Ordering was simple and fast. However delivery was poor. Date was missed and according to the tracking app it was not scheduled for delivery yet and the van arrived so a pointless piece of technology but the main thing was the damage and I don’t know if this is due to lack of protection or handling. I had to cut 20mm off every board as the corners were broke and there was damage to the sides of each board like it has been hit by a forklift when loading.”
