“Delivery was delayed having received a message from both TileFix and DHL that delivery would be Friday 12th October, with delivery on the morning Saturday 13th. In addition, the DHL time window sent by SMS 10:11-11.11 was not met - delivery occurred at 12:09. Poor courier service and certainly not 24 hours.”

“Timely process from order to receipt of goods. Fair price for item, post and pack a bit expensive, but needed the grout anyway., Next time will buy more to start with. will use them again as customer service overall excellent.”

“I'd ordered Ditra mat from them. It was a large order. I ordered it on a Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday morning. The team called me on a Monday morning to confirm the delivery date and time and the mode of transport.”

“Not as good delivery wise as last time. Didn’t receive a delivery day and as a result missed it twice in one day as order was going to customers address. Rebooked with TNT but then the message wasn’t passed from customer service to depot so delivery yesterday didn’t happen. Now rebooked for Monday fingers crossed. This could be improved IMO.”
