“We received 3 samples and one of the tiles was not the correct sample. It had the correct information on but did not match the image online. The other two were helpful though.”

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect sample, this is not what we would expect for our customers. If there are any issues with received orders, once we have been notified of this then we would be more than happy to rectify this.

“Hi, I just wanted to say congratulations to Tile Mountain . I am very pleased with my order. I ordered 3 boxes of Metro Tiles , I put my order in on Monday the 4th of August and they were delivered two days later on Wednesday the 6th August. They arrive in good condition well done.”
