“The delivery was easy to do and I was pleased with the tile. The issue is the tile has a few variations as part of the design and I cannot see how it will look with only one option.”

We understand that this tile has a high level of variation and a single sample will not display that range fully. If you don't want to order multiple samples or a box upfront, you can also request a Lot Photo of the tiles - https://www.tileclub.com/products/luna-olive-4x4 under See It Before You Order. Once our team receives a request, they will photograph a box of tiles currently available to ship so that you can see the range of colors available within a current tile lot. I hope that helps get a better sense of the variation in these beautiful handmade-style tiles!
“The sample I ordered was a nice size. I ordered the tile and it was shipped very quickly a d arrived undamaged.
I only wish they didn't use Styrofoam peanuts, as they are so bad for the environment.

“These tiles are gorgeous! The grey can take on a smoky blue and the gold is so beautifully understated-I am in love!! Also I appreciated working with the Tile Club and found customer service to be helpful when I requested pictures of the lot. The tiles came well packed without a single broken tile and in a timely manner. My only issue was that approximately 4-5 of the 19 tiles came with a red waxy substance (possibly crayon) on a few seam areas but because we are not using full tiles throughout, it ended up being fine. Otherwise they would be an absolute 5 out of 5!”

Our team confirmed that we have only received one lot of this brand-new tile and that your sample was cut from the same lot as the full-size tiles you received, so they should be consistent from product to product.
