“Outstanding service. Ordered on Thursday and turned up on Good Friday morning. I didn’t expect it until Saturday because of the bank holiday. The materials supplied are very good quality for a very reasonable price. Absolutely recommend. Really couldn’t be happier. Thank you.”

“I am very disappointed with the service and do not recommend it to anyone! I chose the next day delivery option, for which I had to pay extra. The package arrived after two days. I wanted to contact the store by phone, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone all day. I decided to write an email, and nobody has replied to me so far... It's scary to think what would happen with a larger order... I do not recommend it! I hate places where customer service does not respect the customer!”

“Washboy was great value for money and the next day delivery was the next day as promised, And any tiler would agree trying to grout on the day without one would have been a step back into the dark ages and would have cost me time and money. Great service and definitely will be using this company again.”
