“I ordered some grout. Very prompt delivery except it was the wrong colour. I understand that mistakes happen, but would have expected the company to put this right asap. Sent an email, reached out via the chat and called multiple times. Have had no response at all. Are you still in business?”

“Worst service I have ever received. Still no reply 4 emails ins still not delivered 6 days after the due date. No correspondence from the company and the telephone number on the website isn’t even this company! Will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND!!! Avoid like the plague”
