“Ordered products three days ago for next day delivery and no sign of the products ordered. Have emailed twice asking when I can expect the product with no reply, also called today to see if I’d have better luck getting an answer, the lady who answered said she’d get someone to call me back which hasn’t happened either. The only communication I’ve had is my order confirmation and a request for feedbacks. The delay on this has delayed a complex tiling job for a client, will not be using Tilers Gear again.”
