“I was surprised to see negative reviews here. Our tiles arrived in a timely fashion on a well wrapped palette and not a single one broken. What’s more, I had a very friendly email exchange with Abu at Tiles Direct leading to a 5 per cent discount we had missed and which Abu applied as a refund. One of the more pleasant dealings with companies on line.”

“I've had no issues with tile direct, the delivery was aittle slow and 9 tiles were broken. I informed then of this, refund sent tbe same day, really pleased with the tiles. I would use them again”
