“Purchased a watch during one of their rare opening windows for the online store. The watch arrived reasonably quickly but developed a fault the second time I went to wear it. The automatic winding rotor was spinning when trying to wind (sticking reversing wheels) and was returned at my expense. As I sit here typing this is in now just under 9 weeks since it was returned and my request for an update seems to be failing on deaf ears. First and last time I will be dealing with this company. Unfortunately, owning several watches, it was outside of 30 days from arrival that I found the problem or I’d have have exercised my right to a full refund at that point.”
“After 3+ attempts, I've given up on this terribly unfair purchasing system, set up to favour those who can "game" it. No semblance of a fair purchasing queue. No question of prioritizing new purchasers.
At the end of the day, it's a genuine shame to see the Smiths brand end up with a custodian who simply lacks the character or skill to make them available to purchasers in a fair manner.”
“Allthough those are nice watches but its hard to find for me. I always get notification about yeah were opening again on sundays. I tried for over a year now and still didnt get a chance. Always sold out.
I know its a microband but if you cant cater too much people than only scalpers and residents of england. Bad execution on the Sale.
Im getting more appaled by this action and wont seek out for a smiths watch. Not willing to pay double the price at Ebay.

“Absolute joke of a website, had item in my cart and entering credit card details only for it to say out of stock as I hit review order. How can a website in this day and age not have the ability to hold the item in your cart for 1 minute while entering credit card details. I have my details saved and was just entering my ccv number to verify for it to then say out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous”
