“Waited 2 weeks for my order, emailed them a number of times no reply. Even asked to cancel my order as it was taking long. So I ended up buying the dog food from elsewhere”

“Used once before no problems quick delivery, however I purchased some dog biscuits jan 1st and still have not received them! £40 out of pocket! No reply to emails! Disgusting will never use again!”

“Very disappointed with this company. Delivery issues which they have no interest in resolving even though I’ve spent over £50. Very poor communication throughout and parcel still outstanding. I do not recommend.”

“It's like a phantom company. I can't believe it. I did find a phone number but even the ring tone sounds fake and no, nobody answers it. Ordered food 8th September, should have arrived by 12th, contacted Yodel, who haven't received anything from TFP. They must employ at least one person, because your money disappears fast enough. I've just sent them yet another email, giving them the opportunity to reimburse me . They really shouldn't be allowed to advertise. I've been feeding my dog on cornflakes and things, expecting the proper food to come the next day. Better go to the shop before He develops a vitamin deficiency!”

“Absolute scum of a company, take your money with very little intention of supplying anything, no communications other than from the courier saying that the item is ready to be collected from the store but that's as far as it gets. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“Ordered pet food 7 days ago and still not dispatched. Email from Time for Paws stating order on it's way with tracking number but courier status says not received by them. I have tried to contact Time for Paws but no reply to my emails”
