I use time for paws regularly for my rabbit food. No issues with any of my orders, delivery can be around 1 -2 weeks depending on stick issues. Responding with tracking advice when I questioned when order was due over festive period.

Wrong item sent. Emailed 3 times and not had a reply. Can’t get through on the phone. Very poor - will not use again! Please avoid this company!

!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!! I honestly wish they had an option to give 0 stars, because this company doesn't even deserve 1 star! Absolutely appalling! Total lack of any kind of service whatsoever. Placed an order, received an order confirmation, and then NOTHING! Contacted them several times now, and not had a single reply. Currently going through Paypal for a refund, but as a fosterer, I can't afford to be without dog food, and I have just run out! Unfortunately, the food I buy is only available online, and even though I have now ordered elsewhere, it will not arrive for another 2 working days, so I have no choice but to buy food that they're not used to........no doubt resulting in diarrhoea and upset tummies for them all!!

Only when I went to the PayPal Resolution Centre to demand a refund did I get a message from the courier about a delivery. They don't answer emails and they don't answer the phone. I would strongly urge you not to buy from this company.

I second previous comments. Nothing heard since the order was placed and nothing received. Impossible to get through to their customer service (do they have any?). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Should be renamed Time For Pause because as soon as you order and they have your money they dont deliver a good service. I ordered dog food on 13/01/22 and after 6 days heard nothing so emailed them twice and got no reply. Also tried phoning but it rang out. Luckily I contacted a parent company and complained and low and behold it arrived the next day, 9 days after the original order.I also had to order more dog food. If you dont want any hassle I would recommend you dont use this company cos I wont be they are awful

ORDERED FOOD AND HEARD NOTHING: no answer either email or phone. they have my money and i have no food and a hungry dog. what the HELL!!!!!!

Repeatedly bad service,wrong items ,long delivery times. Good products let down by bad service have given them many chances.

placed an order 2nd January, still waiting today 17th January. Yodel have supposedly attempted delivery 3 times. After the first attempt sent precise details of address still not got it,although they say they delivered it, liars.told time for paws they say I have to fill in a disclaimer form to prove I have not received it,which from my understanding is them saying ive not stolen it.still not been refunded,as I cancelled it days ago because I ran out of dog food,so had to buy elsewhere. DO NOT use this company they are absolutely useless, and like some of the other reviews on here,I'm beginning to think they are scammers. Next stop,trading standards, this company should not be trading.

Terrible company. Ordered dog food. Won't answer calls or messages, will not order from them again, I even rang their parent company, and although they were very helpful they agreed that they don't answer the telephone but they did get them to message me and in the end have got my money refunded. They won't be getting any more orders from me.

Ordered 2 lots of superhay finally arrived opened one mouldy musty hay opened second one and exactly the same only fit for tip no good for any animal let alone guinea pigs so they had my money and in return I got 2 bales of rubbish. Shall never use or recommend to anyone. And no point complaining as you can't photograph mouldy musty smell and plumes of mould spores coming of it. Rip of company!

I've sent a few emails now asking about my puppy food order, that was placed on 7th Dec and now is 14th Dec and got no food. Really not happy with service.

Ordered dog food on 27/11. Yodel advise that due to weather they cannot deliver on 3/12. It’s now 11/12 still no dog food. I’ve emailed Time For Paws twice, and had no reply. I won’t be ordering from this company again. Very Poor Service.

Avoid! Ordered 23/11, dispatched 25/11. Yodel driver was out with my order on 02/12 but didnt get around to delivering my order. The driver was still 32 stops away by 9pm when the delivery cut off time is. By 06/12, my Yodel tracking still said delivery due on 02/12. Today on 07/12, my Yodel tracking coincidentally now says my order was damaged (how does 2 big bags of dog food become damaged?) and I should contact Time For Paws? How? The support email provided on their 'contact us' page returns a non delivery notification and there is no contact number to discuss this with them! Utterly shocking!

Avoid at all costs! They took my money but never shipped my order! It's been 8 days and I still haven't heard back from them. They never reply to emails and don't even have a phone number. Pretty sure now they're a scam

I ordered things for the cats till waiting on the order very concerning reading about other peoples experiences also had to reorder from other web cites unfortunately I did not palpay also had bad experience with them.

Rubbish service. Quick to take my money but nothing since. 10 days later still waiting for my delivery or a dispatch note. According to the website it was dispatched 8days ago. No response from emails. Avoid at all costs.

Placed a order 13.10.21 got the confirmation wanted to enquire about delivery had no reply from emails, found a phone number but no answer looked on here and started to get very concerned many shocking reviews. It's been delivered this morning alls good but they need to work on there customer service.
