Took two weeks to arrive, one item was out of stock but no messages to say so and then when the HUGE box arrived the wrong item arrived. Zero responses to my emails avoid like the plague!

Placed order on the 30th July and received 2 weeks later. Chased order up and received no response. Far too long to be waiting and ended up purchasing from another company so I now have two lots of what I needed. Second time this has happened. Will not be using again.

Avoid this company They sent me wrong bag of dog food and nome of my emails have been answered!!

Sent out order weeks late after I put in PayPal claim. Part of order was missing. Despite marking order sheet as refund and accepting in an email I should get a partial refund they are now ignoring me.

3wks on and my order still not arrived. I've emailed them several times with no reply. Tracking says order is still with Time For Paws ??? Have since read very bad reviews about this company absolutely shocking 😳 I'm an OAP I can't afford to lose money 😢

Do not under any circumstances deal with this company!! Placed an order, no updates. Chased up after five days and received a Yodel Tracking number. after a further three days order still showing as 'with sender' As per other reviews Time for Paws didn't answer any e-mails and do not answer the phone. Set up a case through Paypal and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. A few days later received a notification from Yodel that they were about to deliver the order that I had cancelled. Stuart James Titmuss (The Director) has a lot to answer for. I will attempt to steer Trading Standars in his direction.

No response to any emails to cancel or communicate with me. Says it is with sender today. Let’s see but reading reviews I don’t hold out much hope. Very poor.

Ordered my dog food over a week ago, sent them 5 e-mails and they have not replied to any, they don't deserve to be in business, complete fraudsters, won't even answer the telephone. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Same as other reviews. No delivery and no response. Package is marked as shipped on their site but tracking link says with sender and has done for nearly a week. Sent email, no response!

AVOID this company! As many others have said, they take your money, don't deliver and are impossible to contact. I had a shipment email over a week ago but Yodel are saying they have not received the parcel yet. 3 emails have been sent with no response. Shocking company.

Don't waste your money, ordered on the 16th July and still waiting on order. I have sent several emails with no reply also they don't answer the phone. I am now £50 out of pocket. Scam

I was a little concerned having read some of the reviews. However, I ordered my dog food and was happy when it arrived exactly one week later. Very reasonably priced and I was kept informed about delivery and progress of the order. Would certainly use again!

Horrendous thieving company Promised 3-5 days took money straight away put on tracker order allocated never heard anything since don’t answer emails phone seems like it is ringing to a different country they are SCAMMERS Paid through PayPal so raised a case so hopefully will receive my money Please Please avid these scammers

Delivery promised in 3-5 working days. 10 days later... no sign of the order, no response to emails and don't answer their phone. AVOID!

Some might say a company who takes your money and does not supply the goods, or reply to emails or answer the phone are a bunch of thieving crooks, I could not comment. However I will say that this company took my money, did not supply the goods, reply to my emails or answer the phone. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY or just cut out the middle man and give you money to a thieving crook.
