“Ordered dog food on 27/11. Yodel advise that due to weather they cannot deliver on 3/12. It’s now 11/12 still no dog food. I’ve emailed Time For Paws twice, and had no reply. I won’t be ordering from this company again. Very Poor Service.”

“Avoid! Ordered 23/11, dispatched 25/11. Yodel driver was out with my order on 02/12 but didnt get around to delivering my order. The driver was still 32 stops away by 9pm when the delivery cut off time is. By 06/12, my Yodel tracking still said delivery due on 02/12. Today on 07/12, my Yodel tracking coincidentally now says my order was damaged (how does 2 big bags of dog food become damaged?) and I should contact Time For Paws? How? The support email provided on their 'contact us' page returns a non delivery notification and there is no contact number to discuss this with them! Utterly shocking!”

“Avoid at all costs! They took my money but never shipped my order! It's been 8 days and I still haven't heard back from them. They never reply to emails and don't even have a phone number. Pretty sure now they're a scam”

“Rubbish service. Quick to take my money but nothing since. 10 days later still waiting for my delivery or a dispatch note. According to the website it was dispatched 8days ago. No response from emails. Avoid at all costs.”

“Placed a order 13.10.21 got the confirmation wanted to enquire about delivery had no reply from emails, found a phone number but no answer looked on here and started to get very concerned many shocking reviews. It's been delivered this morning alls good but they need to work on there customer service.”

“AVOID. Placed order 8 days later I have received no despatch information. They do not respond to emails. I will never use time for paws again. They are the worst online retailer I have used in 20 years.”

“This is without doubt the worst internet company i have ever dealt with. Delivery should be 3-5 days.....Its now been 9 days, no sign of delivery and only one responce from the company. I will never use this company again. Im going back to zooplus.”

“I have bought the same item a couple of times from this company. This time the box of food pouches had been damaged in some way - or rather there were several fish pouches in the box which were about to explode - they were swollen and puffy and clearly contaminated. The whole box had been distorted by the swollen pouches. I have sent this company photos of the box and pouches, and a photo of my invoice. I must have contacted them five times now and they have not responded. They are also not answering their phones ‘because of Covid’. This is simply not acceptable. Please get in touch with me and sort this out.”

“Although I placed my order and had confirmation of my order that was it ! They took my money and never delivered my product . They said they had emailed me to advise of a delay but this was a totally untrue and was just another way this company is run .In the end I contacted PayPal who have refunded my money .”

“I placed my order on the 23rd and it… I placed my order on the 23rd and it was delivered on the 29th. I was a little worried after reading a few reviews, as i hadn't used the company before, but i didn't need to worry. Turned up in good condition and it was what i ordered. Definitely going to order from again as price was cheaper than 2 of the main stores.”

“Hi I am a wheelchair user with an assistance dog I ordered Frazers food over a week ago but despite emailing Time for paws I didnt recieved any information as when Frazers food would be delivered. I had to order it again from a different retailer at the additional cost of £7 for next day delivery. Sorry but I wont be using Time for paws again.”

“Ordered on behalf of my mother for her puppy. Sent me a confirmation order then 10 days later still nothing! Can't find a phone number or one that works sent a message & still no reply. I thought I had read good reviews about them & then I have discovered Trust Pilot Reviews & really regretting using them now. Now to break the news to my mother that it looks like she will never receive her order :( Would not recommend this company”
