“Had to go to Timpson (Guildhall, Exeter) to get keys cut after another locksmith gave me key that didn't fit! Guy behind the counter was very polite, articulate, very knowledgeable and professional. The key cutting was very quick and reasonably priced (and they did fit!). Highly recommended.”

“Called in at Timpson Asda, Rotherham to have a battery fitted into my waterproof Timex watch. I was honestly expecting the cost to be a lot more than what I was charged, and when I was informed that the cost included a lifetime battery, I was really pleased and surprised. My watch was checked for waterproofing before any work was carried out, and again after a new battery was fitted. Ian was so pleasant and professional to talk to, and explained the full process in layman’s terms as he fitted the new battery. Very impressed by his attitude and dedication to his work over what is basically a cheap watch. Would have no problems in recommending Ian and TIMPSON to anyone.”

“Fantastic service by Andy in sainsbury Bury st edmunds ! At one point we didn't think he could tune my new key in because the chip wouldn't allow but he found a way. Provided a nice new 3 button key, programmed & key cut at a great deal 👌 Great going mate, especially as you were dealing with 3 different things at same time ! this is why I'll be back !”

“I have today collected another suit from your branch at Morrisons store in Totton from Christina who was standing in for the manageress who was away. Christina couldn't have been more helpful and, like the experience I have always had from Timpkins, went the extra mile with ensuring everything I requested was resolved quickly. “First Class Artistry by Timpson's Fenwick Newcastle upon Tyne! A bespoke shoemaker said they could resole my Barker shoes using stitched leather soles. Instead they destroyed them using glue and only replacing a small section of the sole, a heel also fell off two days later. Timpson's completely rebuilt the shoes, stripping them back to just the upper sections as the Welts also had to be replaced from being previously removed to enable the leather soles to be stitched to the upper sections. I truly thank Timpson's for fully restoring my Barker shoes to their original splendour. If you are looking for trust, integrity, professionalism and first-class craftsmanship, go to Timpson's at Fenwick Newcastle.”

“Had a new key fob done not to the best standards and had problems with it opening my car door after a day or so . Took it into a differwnt branch and johnny (mobile manager) shotton branch went above and beyond for me today he replaced everything and left me the old one in case of emergencies .its people like him that make you come back again exellent customer service and dealt with it quite quickly .thank you johnny”
