“Delayed delivery, product ordered did not arrive according to schedule, there is no tracking available either. Staff responded to query quickly, however could not resolve issue which still meant that they could not deliver what they promised.”

“The design is lovely ... however these products are expensive and won,t do what we needed. I assumed the ironon labels could also be sewn on as iron on doesn,t last. Disappointing.”
