“I would like to rate your product higher but unfortunately out of the three products I ordered, I would only order the sticky labels again, the iron-on and bag tags are not of a good standard at all.”

“The sticky labels arrived damaged (crumpled with bits of white sticker on top of labels) despite the outer envelope intact indicating they had been damaged when packed. I complained and sent some photos to show how they were damaged. They replaced only the ones I sent photos for rather than the entire order. Most disappointing.”
