“Uploading photos via the website didn't work, I was contacted and so emailed the photos instead. I paid for express delivery (which would have been the Thursday) and clearly stated that I needed them by Friday at the latest for a leaving present. They did not arrive until the following week, and the tracking didn't work”

“The recent rain meant that the envelope the stickers were in was totally soaked so they are mostly ruined. A waterproof envelope such as a post pack would be better for the future.”

“I asked for a speech bubble to enable me to change the decor in my boys' rooms with a different name on it and you no longer carry that design- message to your chat service and all I was told was 'no' to any kind of speech bubble. I have purchased significant amounts from TinyMe and expected much more from customer service- working with your customer to a solution, not just refused. <br/>Have previously been delighted with products and service, not my experience this time as below”

“Quickness of delivery excellent, first product not great, but we are also trying the sticky labels as my daughter really likes the design. Will let you know if those are better. The iron-on labels need to be improved.”

“It is great to be able to preview your stickers, design, colour, font and finished product before adding to the cart. But it would be fantastic to see more font options as some designs have less than others? And I would also suggest that there are more options that allow children to read their name quickly and clearly.”

“I was eligible for a discount for the delivery cost as my order was like $80 or $90. I however didn't check it before. It should be automatically shown or reduced the total cost when you check out. Also the price of some products is changed daily? I was going to order the wall sticker 'wild flowers'. Added it into my cart but got caught with something else so I didn't do it. The next day when I was going to checkout, the price had gone up already. I ended up ordered 1 anyway.”

“Customer service from staff was excellent - I picked up labels from their office and was very impressed that the receptionist was on the phone so she rang a bell for someone else to come and serve me - which happened immediately.”
