“Once everything was processed everything moved smoothly I paid extra for shipping and it still took 2 weeks to get won't shop agian”

Hi Craig, We wanted to clarify that the 10$ shipping fee is the standard shipping fee on orders of less than 6 bottles and is not an expedited option. The delay you experienced is due to our use of temperature controlled shipping which is necessary during these hot months to ensure your order arrives fresh.

“Depending on where you live, quality sake can be hard to get your hands on. Tippsy is an amazing, high quality service that connects you with imported sake. The taste metrics are so useful in helping me choose a sake that fits my preferences and allowing me to try new things. Shipping is relatively quick, usually about 5 days for me in GA.”

“Tippsy sake bottles come with an informative label to help consumers know exactly what kind of sake they prefer and why. The boxes are backed securely without plastic waste. This sustainable practice was noted and appreciated. Living in Texas alcohol can be a longer process to receive. Tippsy kept a clear communication of each step so that I knew when to expect my bottles.”
