“Ordered a small lawn tractor tire and received wrong tread type. Contacts customer service and was shipped correct tire within 24 hours- amazing customer service. My tractor was ready to go quickly Emailed me a label to return first tire- could not be easier!, 5 star customer service👍👍👍”

“Tires came on time but they were so tied up together that they were impossible and difficult to put air on them ,as the air leak on both sides of the stiff hard tire.After trying for 2 hours without any results,I had to go to a tire shop who charged me 20 dollars to put air in them in about 30 minutes of trying .I’m leaving this review to whoever buys tires for snow blower ,Make sure they are in original shape and don’t spend your time trying to inflate them if they are deformed.Spend the 20 dollars to save times and frustrations.after put air in them everything was good.this is why I didn’t give these tires a 5 stars.”

“I bought a tire for my snowblower that came in so deformed because it was obviously stacked in a pile underneath a lot of other tires or heavy items. I was completely unable to get the tire to bead on the rim. I took pictures and sent them to the customer support line and all I got was lip service. I dealt with the guy by the name of Kyle. Worst representative ever. He blamed it on the manufacturer of the tire who was Carlisle. If they knew that these tires with that bad they should not have shipped them and should’ve returned it to the manufacturer.”

“I really appreciate how streamlined the services are when ordering tires. My previous ones were due to be changed…balding actually, and I actually overestimated my budget by a long shot! After shopping around from various sources, we found tires at an appropriate price and even after taxes it was better than the alternatives for the exact same product! I also appreciate the quick shipping. My tires arrived in 3 days RIGHT at my doorstep! 10/10 recommend and when it’s time to order new tires again I’ll be starting with them :D”

“Purchased 8-16 tractor tires. I expected 6 ply, turned out they were 8 PR. Hard to put on but will be good on front for my loader tractor. Carlisle, lots of tread, look good.”
