“I ordered 4 225/75/15 tires they sent 2 correct sizes and 2 incorrect sizes.... they want me too pay 142 dollars too ship back.... What is wrong with this picture!!!! SCAMMER'S AND THEY ARE ON AMAZON, SO WATCH OUT”

“I order tire on 7/25/22 . I haven't received them its 8/3/22 originally scheduled 7/29/22 del date. Sent email to TireShipped2you twice got messages back but no info . They use worst delivery system in the world . Try upgrading to UPS something are worth paying for . FedEx has not updated tracking info in 3 days . They are sitting 40 min from final del. Location . Slow period in shipping, weather all good incompontantce probably. And all email return with a bunch of no info . 🙄”

“My tire say that they've been delivered but I still haven't received my tires not happy I feel like I'm getting a runaround you tell me to ask FedEx FedEx says they'll call me back meantime I wait for my tires that I paid for”

“Very poor customer service 26inch tire was delivered through FedEx to wrong address and just sat outside and stolen after countless e mails bein ignored and basically bein told I’m lying money was refunded outta anger instead of replacing tire o ordered”

Mike, We are sorry for the delay with FedEx. We do see the tires are on the delivery truck but delayed at your local hub with FedEx.

“Tire arrived bent and out of shape. It would not stay on the wheel rim in that shape. We had to purchase an inner tube to go inside before inflating.”

“Poor customer service. I purchased 2 mower tires. They were not shipped in a box and were smashed when I received them. After filing for a return authorization I did not receive a response for over a week. I had to ask again for authorization and return labels. After I shipped them back and they signed for the returned tires I did not receive a refund. It has been over a week since they received the damaged tires and I still have not received my refund. They have no phone number for customer service, everything is done through e-mail.”

“Ordered 12.5x80x18. Received 10.5x80x18. Emailed and problem on supplier end. Inventory labeled wrong. Was told to take tires to a fedex shipper and apply return stickers they provided and I would receive a full refund. I feel tires2you should of made needed return with fedex. They feel I need to spend my time doing this”

“Tires were wrapped in some kind of clear heavy duty tape, they had been smashed together before they were wrapped. This will be the ONLY time I purchase tires from you !!!”
