“Supply issues happen, but when they charge my credit card right away and haven't shipped after two weeks? For the first time buying, I was beginning to wonder if it was a legitimate business. Also feels like someone should have been contacting me, when there were issues, I shouldn't have to spend time calling and using the contact links (twice). The tires arrived about 24 hours after they shipped.”

“Well I was pretty sure I ordered a 245/70/17 and when they came in they were 245/65/17 whitch are a bit smaller and I had to have them so I mointed them on my truck and it looks silly because of the size”

“Everything about the purchase and delivery of the tire was outstanding, and I'm glad they carried the unusual size I needed. The downside was that the tire was so deformed that it took forever to get the bead seated on the rim. The tire had been wrapped across the middle with packing tape (I'd love to know what purpose that served), and it must have been wrapped by the Incredible Hulk, it was so deformed. Yesterday I finally found a solution that worked, two ratchet straps that forced the bead outward. Now that I know what to do, the next time won't be a big problem. My brush mower is finally back in action, but I was about to give up on the tire.”

“The Tires I ordered from the Website came very fast except they were the wrong tread type.was going to return them but was unable to find a phone number to call.looked for the tires tread I received and the size that I bought did not preview on your 14 pages of tires you show on your websight.So I decided to keep them.thi tires had thecright part nbrr on the packaging but they were incorrect.there was an extra digit at the end of the part number”

“I received the wrong tires the first time, then was reshipped a different tire. I only ordered 3 to match another tire I already had. So now I have a mismatched set of tires. Close but not the same. Had I known you didn’t have the ones I ordered I would have never ordered from you.”
