Product is subpar. I had to make spacers to put under the handles so that the locking bar would fully move back to disengage the implement.

Pallet forks and fabricated frame were of build high quality. Shipping was horrible. The fork tines showed up rather quickly, the frame took almost two months. customer service, route insurance and fedex just send you in circles.( too much to type) After contacting customer service one last time and explaining the situation once again and expressing that I would be exercising consumer protection options , was the frame reordered and sent promptly, banged up with huge paint chips.

Product looks well built however it arrived damaged in multiple areas. One being the trap door which I currently cannot slide the door through and need to have someone fix for me. Paint missing in multiple areas and a few dents as well.

It was well built but it doesn’t work like the video shows. Doesn’t fit my implements. Maybe I have to have all titan equipment but it didn’t say that on the web page. Not very happy with it at all.

I was not impressed with my experience. The implement I received via freight had deep gouges in the metal tubing and its finish that required repainting upon receipt. The metal shipping crate was crushed and it had not been treated well prior to delivery. The safety guards for the implement were crushed and needed to be bent back into shape upon arrival. Basically, I received a new implement that looked like I had purchased it at a heavy scratch-and-dent discount, without the discount. A portion of the order was also shipped via FedEx. I received an entirely unrelated item and had to wait for the correct item to be re-shipped, delaying my project further. The only positive thing I can say is that customer service was very helpful in rectifying the problem and did not cause me any further hassles. The warehousing and shipping departments however appear to take no pride in their products or the service they provide. Overall, it appears they were very careless in every aspect of their jobs. I'm not sure if my experience was unique, but based on this experience, I will probably not order anything from this company again and definitely could not recommend the company to others.

zero customer service, smart ass guys who blow you off, put you on hold never to come to line. item not delivered on date promiced, delayed 800 number to phillipines completely worthless, couldnt find order then i get a letter from trucking company saying they want storage fee because unit not delivered priceless unit is typical chinese generic like tractor supply, ebay stuff

I have bought scratch and dent in the past, but this one was the worst , it was severely damaged and bent. Not impressed.

The attachment is completely fine the issue I had is with the shipping. And I know it’s out of your hands, but yet you hire the shipper. I was given a specific day and told to be home from 10 to 2 to unload the item off of the truck. I’m in contract worker who gets no overtime, vacation, sick time. So I had to take a day off of work to wait for the item. On the day I was told to stay home no one called throughout the day and the item was not delivered. The item then was delivered the following Monday and I had zero warning and was at work 100 miles away so I cannot unload the item. I had to find someone to do it for me. I never received an apology from anyone, And missed out on almost $600 by working the day I sat home. So yes I like your company but I will never purchase anything again if you use that same shipper. Somebody offered me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase, But that doesn’t mean no good as the same shipper is still involved.

Company and product were good. Packaging and delivery were terrible. This was an industrial product that would be scratched on first use. It arrived all scratched with the box almost obliterated by FedEx.

Called support with some questions. The first person could hardly speak English. All she could do was read from the same guide that came with the mower. I can read, and I can understand what I read. She was no help. The second support person spoke English, but was of little help. The hydraulic hose are too short to reach the quick connects at the loader, and the salesman never ask about where I would connect Hyd lines.

The Hitch if very heavy duty but the pins that hold the turnover ball in place are not the right size they are extremely sloppy.

Although the grapple I purchased looks durable and was quickly delivered, it did not readily fit. I had purchased a secondary Titan attachment that allows the grapple to work on skid steer style units as well as Deere tractors that use the hook and pin. The two attachments would not work together due to a couple of weld-on rings on the grapple that interfered with mating the two units. Out of courtesy, I took pictures and shared with Titan that the two attachments would not work together. The response I received was "sorry to hear that" but be aware any modifications will void your warranty. Not exactly a thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can prevent others from experiencing a similar situation.

I purchased the quick attachment for my John Deere 3 series. The attachment itself fits great. very easy to install. The major problem was the "ears" that lock the rear attachment in place. When you go to unhook, the "ears" don't return all the way in to make it flush, which doesn't allow the attachment to be released. I even looked up reviews online to see if I did something wrong and I found a few reviews and videos of people having the same issue. Had to spend a few hours grinding down the metal "ears" about 1/4" to allow the rear attachment to be released. Once that was completed and spray painted to match, now it works how its supposed to.

Fed x. Ripped the box up and pushed it out at end of drive at 10:45 at nite.no damage to the equipment. We have 1800 ft drive . They should have brought it to the house.

Scratch & dent was more like a "Scratch & Drop". When I asked the associate that assisted me upon my phone order I was told that they were minor imperfections like paint chipping or smaller blemishes, no way for him to know what to say the one I would order & get would have wrong but that it would be fully functional. I went ahead with the order & the shipping was fast, Drop could've even because they use FedEx but the whole upper rack portion of this attachment is totally trashed. There's no way you can straighten that out, only way is to cut it off & weld new on. I have yet to put the forks on it & check to see if it mounts to the tractor as I am undecided @ fixing or just selling them to someone else that may have the extra time to get them like they should be. Seem to be pretty well built, just got more damage than led to believe unfortunately

Rack worked great for one day and then the welds broke where it attaches to the bucket. No penetration!!

The 48" bucket tooth bar said it was 47.25" and would have been a perfect fit for my bucket. The acual measurements are 48" and would not fit. I had to gring one tooth and the side plate off before cutting the bar and reweld everything back on. Also package had incorrect address. Fedex said the shipper had to make the change and I was charged $20 fee by Titan to change it.
