Grappler did not come with paperwork or instructions for assembly. Only paperwork was a few promo stickers. While removing from crate the hydraulic lunes were hooked up and not realizing that the hydraulic was not attached caused damage that the lines and had to replace before it was ever put on the ground out of crate. Once fixed very impressed with equipment. Definitely would recommend that installation and assembly instructions be included

I did buy the Ballast box, but got stuck with an " adder fee" ? and extra shipping costs. When received I found the construction / design to be lacking. The cat. 2 side pins are in brackets that are welded only on to quite thin sheet metal of the box. The top link bracket is only welded to the top edge with no strap to the rear of the box. I welded a strap from the top link bracket to the rear of the box as I was afraid the top link would bend the box out from the load. I first filled it with only gravel , which overall is approx. 350 lbs less than concrete. In first two hours in the field the side pins were bending their mounts on the sheet metal. Now I take it back to my shop streighten the brackets and box and will weld a flat bar across the box and onto top of each pin bracket for reinforcement. The engineering of the box seems to be typical Chinese design. I don't know where it was designed or built though. Overall I doubt I buy Titan again for anything.

Great product. I had to cancel the order with my bank because they wouldn't help me. I had ordered 2 on accident and only wanted one. I told them within 2 hours of the mistake.

3 point hitch with 2 inch receiver arrived with no box and the shipping label glued to product which was extremely hard to remove. The powder coating on this piece is of terrible quality. It is so thin and in some areas missing completely. I ask where is the quality control on this? Both pieces i ordered arrived late due to FedEx improper handling of packages, which resulted in chipping of powder coating on both pieces and the hitch receiver being repackaged without a box. Better packaging by Titan is needed to send out these heavy pieces.

I am happy with the forks but the workmanship is not up to my expectations. The top back rack on the fork frame was welded on not straight and had been fabricated incorrectly and should have never been welded together that way. Now you look at the top of the frame it is all angled . I would like to attach pictures but do not know how to do that. I would like to send pictures to you if there is a way to do that. Not quick hitch compatible. Had to drill to make it work with my quick hitch so I could not use it when it came. They need to fix this problem as it is mentioned in other reviews. Would be a 5 star if they had this problem corrected.

Titan did a good job of quickly getting my stump buck attachment shipped. Their shipper of choice R&L Carriers dropped the ball multiple times. Missed several delivery dates. For two days could not find the item. I made several calls to R&L before finally receiving my item.

The way unit was shipped, I'd give zero stars. It wasn't wrapped nor protected. Each part was shipped separately and received all three different days. Everything was either damaged or scratched up. Should've been shipped on a pallet together and wrapped. A replacement frame was sent but wasnt wrapped. This was my first purchase through Titan Attachments but due to the way Titan shipped product to me it may be my only purchase. I wasn't impressed at all!!! Thank you for sending a replacement but for other customers wrap and package your implements better.

The Box Blade is ok, the issue I have is the free shipping. My shippment sat at the freight Terminal in Houston from 8/5 till I went down and picked it up on 8/17, delivery was pushed out every week, August 9, 16 and to 23rd. Many calls to TForce did not help. Call to Titan was promised a return call next day, I got an E Mail 5 days later was of no help. Complete dissatisfaction.

the attachment is great the condition 0f it not so good for a new piece of equiptment gouges threw the paint and rust not what one expect for for the price.

The grapple looks like it is made well. The hydraulic hoses seem a few inches short when actuating the grapple... hoping this doesn't create wear on the hydraulic hoses/connections. For the price point, I am satisfied with this purchase.

They work great but I didn't think they were going to show up with all the welding slag, painted over with green. Also dented pretty good. Might be worth paying the extra for shipping. Just a heads up

Quality item! You need to stop using FedEx as your shipping company! They Suck! Took two weeks for my item to be delivered due to idiot FedEx getting my item all the way to Tacoma Washington, only to ship it back to Tennessee! I have had nothing but bad service from FedEx for several years now! UPS is far superior to FedEx! You get what you pay for and FedEx is cheaper which is reflected in their delivery times and customer service! They just don't care!

First time using the bolts bent, not very pleased, going to have to modify to make stronger, needs grade 8 bolts to make stronger, was only around 2000 to 2500 pound log, said it would do 4000 pounds, it didn’t with my 584 international with 2250 loader.

Attachment had damage on one of the top braces. Not enough to cause any problem. Probably dropped by Fed Ex along the way. Bigger problem was unit wouldn't attach to tractor loader. Latch pins on loader wouldn't fully extend to secure attachment to loader. Cut 1/8 inch out of mounting holes and not enough. Plan to take another piece out so latch pins will fully extend and secure attachment to loader mounts. Loader is CaseIH 620 with skid steer mounts on Case IH 75C tractor.

The Item i purchased was the wrong size. I found the return procedure very difficult. I am being charged a 20% restocking fee because I am returning a brand new item. Not customer friendly!
