“The item is, as always, excellent quality and came standard delilvery (not freight) and with free shipping included in the price. The order is given 4 stars (should be more like 4.5), only because one piece of the two piece order lost its container and had to be re-labled for delivery but even so it made it just fine with the loose pins and retainers arriving as well. Kudos to the delivery company! I really like this little fork lift and use it on the farm almost daily.”

“I had to do some grinding to get the the frame to fit but works great. FedEx has some things to learn about leaving their freight. They leaned the 100 lb frame up against my house??? What was wrong leaving it on the ground. Not too smart”

“The tooth bar I ordered was heavy duty and well built however hardware was missing. Only 1 bolt and 1 washer was included. Had to go to store and get hardware before I could install tooth bar on my tractor. This cost me another $20 and additional 2 hrs of installation time.”

“I’m very pleased with my purchase. I haven’t had opportunity to use yet. I purchased on sale 25% off which is great and asked Jeremy if sale was ending and he said weekend. So I purchased but it seems that the same product is now 30% off. Can I take advantage of that since I purchased so recently. Please let me know. Thank you”

“The box showed up with a hole in it. I was shorted one tooth and two nuts. I attached the 6 I had and they worked great. Please send the missing tooth an nuts. Thank You.”

“Product great but pricing is misleading as is stating free shipping and discounts will be applied at check out is false. I got no 10% discount and was charged for shipping. When I called to question them they replied free shipping doesn't apply to the grapple I ordered and the 10% discount can't be used because item was supposedly on sale.”

“The part that bolts to the hopper 1st piece was bent and gauged. I strained it and gave it a couple of coats of paint. Other than that all was ok Bruce”

“Love the new pallet forks. However, the shipping methods could have been communicated a little better. I had to track down the assembly part of the order as it was shipped separetely but no tracking/company information was provided.”

“Ordered a quick tach pallet fork. It arrived quickly by standard carrier, and in good shape. Only thing I would change is the integration in shipment tracking. Forks and frame were shipped separate, and I only got the info for the forks, so had to call Titan to confirm where the frame was.”

“Delivery was quick. Order was placed on the weekend. Received the pallet forks the following Wednesday. I had to call to get a shipment ETA. The carriage has damaged paint. I’m not worried about that.”
