Arrived damaged, box was badly damaged and product was also damaged. Maybe more of a function of the shipper, of course. Secured the spade to my tractor, but it kept coming off.

To.make a very long story short item was damaged in shipping they didn't have another one so I had to buy a more expensive one with no discount at all they don't offer military discount and I still haven't gotten my refund from my previous order that was damaged in transit when I got the new one it wasn't boxed up on or anything it was just the raw equipment the item I finally got I like but it's not exactly what I wanted and they offered me nothing for the extreme inconvenience

Lack of communication. Received part of an order and had to call about the rest of the ordered. The call was made because the order showed complete online without reference to the other item that has not been shipped.

Free delivery came earlier than projected. Build is very solid. Unfortunately had to grind away about 1/2 in of lower slot so that pin would fit and locks would close. Appears to be a good product otherwise.

Shipping was good. The problem is the locking pins do not go down far enough and I all attachments keep popping off.

Well the trcks trailer was to large to come down my street had to drive 40 miles to pick up at the trucking company so they really didn't deliver the forks

Don't know much about how the product will perform as I haven't used it yet. The Manuel is totally useless. Perhaps I I wanted to disassemble and reassemble the entire unit it would be worthwhile. There is nothing about setting up the mower for use, such as proper adjustments, how much oil is needed, etc.

Shipper left part of the order at the end of the driveway on a busy road, second part of my order was incomplete as a box was damaged during shipping, paid for route insurance and still have not had the issue resolved

I was happy with the purchase and delivery until I realized I not only purchased a Scratch and Dent, but I believe it's defective as well. It's a fairly minor defect but it will be a pain to correct. The 2" receiver tube was installed backwards with the drilled hole in the front only allowing the receiver to be pinned in the front. With the tube this way, the receiver cannot be pinned with the receiver inserted all the way in putting a great deal of stress on the tube. In other words the hitch is only in the tube a couple inches instead of 6".

This order took almost 2 weeks and none of the notices delivered as promised. Actually delivered 8:30 at night. Then to add insult to this - it didn’t fit my John Deere loader as it should. The left side fit the quick attach perfectly. The right side hole was about 1/3 off. Was forced to cut the hook plate off and reweld with certified welding shop. Very bad service as I complained several times no response

Not happy with the product the stub is welded on wrong it is turned so the pin won’t go in to latch the forks on a John Deere 2025r please contact

Item arrived completely damaged, after numerous phone calls, emails etc & > four weeks they offered a 10% refund..so I did get $19 after the above BUT still NO replacement! Told it was on back order, so I offered to accept a $75 refund but they refused on an item that cost me $213. Since I did not purchase the "extra insurance", they stated that I am not entitled to any type of a refund..sorry but this is POOR customer service! NO communication between staff, and just rec;d cookie cutter answers to every email. TOO BAD cause the product would have been great if it were not damaged...looked like it was thrown off of a 20 story ledge.

Delivery was great. The root graple is built heavy enough. One big problem is it keeps coming off the Cat track loader. It will not stay attached. I don't have that problem with any other attachments. The last ime it came lose was opened to drop out some limbs. It broke one of the hydralic 90s into, and bent the other. Have called and left my phone number for support but have not recieved a call back.
