I purchased a scratch and dent ballast box and it was missing the lift pins. I expected the damage but did not realize it would be missing parts. I was told by customer service that part of the terms is it could be missing parts. I looked for these terms on the website but could not find them. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right spot.

I received the merchandise in good order but the forks are 2 different sizes and haven't heard anything about replacing one of the forks

Product is good. I paid for faster shipping and it took y’all forever to get it shipped from when I ordered, and there was also a delay. I paid for the faster shipping because I needed it sooner.

They kept sending me links to do a review. I was going to be nice and fix it and move on, but here you go. The words are COMPLETE REGRET! Nothing like their buckets and implements. It might hold 200 pounds if you dead center it on the post, but the work surface is so thin that it is sagging on all 4 corners and I haven’t even used it. The frame under the work surface is in a cross, so if you put anything of marginal weight anywhere but the axis that has the cross the supports, it will bend with minimal force. I will fix it by putting some angle around the perimeter, but that should have already been done from the factory. I would have gladly paid more for something built properly.

I was not informed that my order would arrive in two shipments on two different days. I took a day off for the first delivery and the driver said I didn’t need to be there. Then had to miss another day of work for the second delivery. This ended up costing me more than your competitors. Also, you say “free shipping “ all over your website, then charge $75.00 for “handling”.

Product look real good but when I filled it up with water it had two pinhole leaks where the splines was welded to the drum look like they were pressurize the drum before they would send it out to catch these leaks before the customer gets them now I got to find a welder who can weld the pin holes

The product is fine but the two months back order??!! You didn’t have a problem instantly taking my money! Two months later my pallet forks show up! Most companies don’t take your money until they ship the product.!! Don’t think I’ll buy from Titan ever again

The quick hitch was missing parts, came damaged. I filled Out a warranty and was told to go buy the parts and submit my invoice. That's not customer service. That's a hassel. I fixed it and bought the parts but will not buy another Titan attachment.

Wrong part placed on order from phone conversation. Part was late and canceled. Second order was late and had poor quality welds.

Pins on upper frame do not line up to machine frame. Pins seems to be misaligned. I guess you get what you pay for.

What arrived was good but half the order never arrived and has gone missing. I don’t believe this to be Titans fault, trucking/delivery services have a high rate of theft/loss and miss deliveries. Very sad!

The item received was not for my tractor and when asked to return it for the correct one I was told there was a 20% restocking fee. So I’m just gonna modify mine to fit my tractor. Just beware that you give the tractor model and loader model before buying.

The ordering was easy but when I received my JD euro to Skid Steer attachment the bolts were so loose they were about to fall out I tightened them up but the lock-in handles will not stay up they keep falling down making the pins be in the locking position so every time I hook up an attachment to it I have to get off the tractor and hold the handles and shove the attachment on them lock it.

Had to grind mount pins to fit my jD, pins are welded at least 1/16 to 3/32 off.

One of the pallet forks fit perfect. However the other one was too small you couldn’t get it started on either side. Really disappointed when you spend that amount of money on a new product

First shipment never arrived. Was shipped again. When arrived, attachment doesn't fit like it should even though customer service assured me it would fit prior to purchase
