The box it came in was torn up. I opened the box and wheel bearing fell out I open it and find all the wheels are broken or bent. I sent you pictures and what I’m telling you here with no response back. Also I was upset to see this was not made in America. Please send me 4 new wheels or refund me some money. If I had to do it over again I wouldn’t have ordered from you since it’s not American made.

First, the customer service was amazing and the shipping was ultra fast. The stump bucket I ordered appears to be very stout and the price was great in comparison. The issue is that the bucket isn’t manufactured to spec. When you compare the measurements given on the Titan fitment page to what is actual, there is a large amount of slop. So much slop that the pins that hold the bucket on wouldn’t engage making the bucket useless without modification. It was easy enough to modify with the use of a welder, cut off wheel, die grinder and various other tools. The reviews indicate this is a common issue. Great customer service and a product that is right there just needs to be tightened up. If the fitment was true this would be a five star review. Putting it to work this weekend, we will see how it holds up.

Painted product was shipped without protection. Paint was scratch and chipped from handling. Fit of the forks is very tight and next to impossible to slide. Other than those issues...they pick stuff up.

I thought it had missing parts . The company informed me the item comes that way ! The attachment bolts do not have nuts .

On April 12 I received my pallet forks and frame. My frame is not useable because of a quality control issue. I am working with costumer support since the 19th of April and I’m still waiting for guidance to replace the frame or return the products for a full refunds.

Parts did not fit properly, the A-Frame doesn't bolt properly to the frame causing the hitch pins to sit at an angle

Pallet forks are not even with each other. Making it very difficult to pick up pallets.

Just took too long to get the second one in other equipment owner I went too long without able to make money with this machine when I got the second one in I put it on and sold it because I had to go buy another machine from somebody else to continue to make money

The attachment is fine my issue is I ordered the wrong back plate and it would of cost me a fortune to send it back so now I'm stuck with the wrong back plate, not to mention there is a 160 dollar restocking fee

I have purchased here before, but never with such a bad experience. The item ordered was a forklift skid steer attachment, however, there was no notation of a back order and ZERO follow-up e-mails the item was on back order...rather I received confirmation of the sale and pending shipment and I thought all was good. However, to my dismay, Titan sent only the two fork arms and no attachment. They then progressively sent an e-mail after e-mail stating a date it would be in, but missing each date progressively. Finally, after about a month, I got the order in totality... This would have been a much more positive rating if they would just be honest and upfront, rather than protecting their order at my expense and option to change my mind and buy else where....

Fork frame doesn’t fit well in the quick attach. Forks can’t slide side to side at all. I have to use a sledge hammer to get them move at all. The fork extension don’t stay on at all. Also paint was damaged on the fork frame upon arrival.

There were no instructions included and the shipping box was quite damaged (don't know if this was the shipping company or not.) The attachment doesn't appear to fit, even though the rep at Titan said it would before I ordered it. I have not yet reached out to Titan for assistance, but initially it hasn't been what I hoped for, though I may have installed it incorrectly.

Bent on the first use. Had to sledge hammer it back into alignment and then rig a chain and an angle iron to keep it down ! Poor design, I wish I could send it back.
