Everything was great except the claimed but not free shipping. Either stop claiming free shipping or add the cost to the price.

Rollers fell off after about 5 or six passes. Need to figure out something better with the pins on the scarifier and other pins

Well built except the minimum internal spacing on the SSQA is 28.875" whereas the spacing on my L85 (TL25) loader is 28". I would prefer the SSQA fit rather than cut the .5" on each side. I had to do the same on the Titan fork attachment which I bought last year.

The equipment is fine, communication is fine. What I learned the hard way is canceling an order and reordering the correct part is next to impossible even if you do it within an hour of placing the first. This needs to be improved. Amazon and other on line companies handle order changes very efficiently. Not only did I correct my mistake within an hour I did receive the first wrong part and return shipping was 1/2 the value of the order. You did wave the restocking fee which was nice but you need to fix the issue of canceled ordered. I know as you do my order was not packed and shipped within 1 hour. There is a missing communication link.

I was disappointed by not having the assembly instructions accompany the aerator. As it turned out it's been troubling trying to assemble the product. The wheels are an issue because the axles don't screw into the aerator. Not sure what to do at this point.

The ballast box arrived serviceable but damaged. Sliding door rail was bent and right side 3 point hitch bracket was bent.

The drop hitch I bought is heavy duty no questions asked. Wish I would have known that the pins are kind of sloppy, I had to custom make a bracket to take the slop out of the pins. Glad I didn’t pay anymore then what I did for the hitch. There’s like no markings on it either, not sure why.

Good quality but product not perfected. The drum needed spaces on one side because they would slide back and forth and the water intake would get stuck. Also for the price the tires should be included.

It’s a quality product, but it should not be punitive to return something. With the 20% restocking fee, plus shipping costs, it would cost me about 60% of the purchase price to return it. I will most likely keep it in the hopes that I can use it somewhere down the road. It would make me think twice before ordering another product from Titan.

Dangerous instructions. DOES NOT HAVE OIL IN GEARBOX AND INSTRUCTIONS DON"T TELL TO PUT ANY IN OR HOW MUCH TO PUT IN ANYWHERE (you need 2 quarts 90 weight gear oil). Surprised that someone hasn't sued them yet. Had to assume no grease since no oil but again doesn't say anywhere in the instructions to grease before use. Also, the PTO shaft is TINY, only about 30in max extension, had to buy a bigger one and they wouldn't take the little one back for any credit or exchange. They should have an option for the size of the PTO shaft you need. Cuts okay but leaves a pile of grass clipping down the center as you mow, unlike other rear discharge mowers I've seen. Was cutting 3in grass to 2.5 inches so didn't expect to see a pile behind me. On the bright side, it is well built and is very quiet when running. Also, bought on sale for a great price! About half what other mowers cost.

Purchased the 16' Hay elevator - I was missing the entire top assembly and a few other bolts. Understand things happen but when I called to notify the answering service while quite courteous had no knowledge of this type equipment, still no matter I provided what was missing from the parts list. The biggest issue is their inability to acknowlege and approve sending me the parts that were missing. I had to call back 3 times to get it resolved as of writing I still do not have parts but I think they are coming.

The attachment sat at the local FedEx location for about a week before it was delivered. I was not able to contact anyone at FedEx to find out about shipping.

Product is ok only. Quality was average, no instructions to assemble, holes for pins didn’t align properly and just an average piece of equipment. Spent 2 hours putting it together too.

The attachment is well built and great value. The Reason for 3 stars is because the receiving plate does not properly fit Toro Dingo, so I had to take it to a welding shop to make adjustments.

When they tried to deliver the order the tines were not with the bucket and the guy did not know where they were so we refused the delivery . Since then the tines were delivered and we have no bucket . Someone called me and I returned the call with no luck .
