I bought the 6' backhoe. Nice machine. I damaged a hose and discovered the fittings to replace the hose are some kind of oddball thread that are totally UNAVAILABLE anywhere. I tried to order a new hose from Titan only to be told spare parts are also UNAVAILABLE. I filed a warranty claim that is outstanding as this is written. I like the machine just fine but am sorry I bouight it. The only reason for this is becasue of the odball fittings on the hoses. If you would use a common fitting all would be good.

The pallet forks quick attach pin plate don't match up with my loader pins. And I have had my complaint in your system for about a week now and still haven't received any type of your company rectifying the problem. Disappointed! The only reason I didn't give a one star is because if I can get the forks to go on my tractor?? They look pretty good.

So far, the items we ordered are fine. But Titan Attachments uses the most incompetent shipping company (CCFS) we’ve ever dealt with. It took over a month to receive the final pieces of our order. And this very heavy pallet delivery was dumped on the side of the road by our house. Not inside our property, not at our driveway. But literally on the side of the road near our house.

Product seems well built, but it is very marginally compatible with my Land Pride QH16 quick hitch. Fit is very tight and almost unworkable. The advertized quich hitch compatibility was a major factor in my purchase.

Shipment came missing most all hardware. Waiting for missing parts. Should have known as most of reviews that I read before ordering had same problem just hoping Titan would have fixed this problem but clearly you haven’t

The shipping was extremely convenient, hence the two stars instead of one. The paint job is terrible--there are shards of metal and staples painted onto the frame, the paint was already chipped off in several places, and the paint easily chips off further. The skid steer slot wasn't wide enough for my tractor, so I needed to grind off another 1/2" on each side so it fit.

Hay elevator was dumped at the street. It would have taken 20 seconds to deliver it and instead dump it at the top of the driveway where there was plenty of room for a large truck to turn around and exit.

Went to fed ex terminal and picked up mower myself. Fed ex called the day of delivery and said they could not deliver to my address due to some type of restriction on my road ???? Titan needs better communications with fed ex!!!!!!!

Never rcvd email that it shipped. Never returned email reply requesting delivery appt. Carrier left freight on the edge of road with no notification of delivery or ability to check for damage. Product is good

the first hay frame was lost in shipping and titan sent out another which we did receive.but the process took over a month. i will have reservations about ordering from titan in the future.

The site is terrible. Didn’t allow me to ship to an address which was in the autocomplete system. Shipped to my parents with the intention of getting it corrected right away. Except, there was no answer from customer service for 2 days.. then they told me it’s $20 to do that (irrespective of a broken site). This cost us hours and gas to go drive 3 hours to get the attachment to our home. A frustrating experience. Not sure if we can purchase from this site again. Too bad because the attachment itself is nice.

Disappointed...the Stump Bucket did not fit my johndeere tractor loader because the attachment pins were welded on crooked. After considerable grinding to reduce the pin diameter I was able to make it fit. The Green paint was applied right over top of a lot of welding splatter that was never cleaned up. I was proud to buy an american product, no so much after receiving this one. Hope the quality is better on there other products.

Company refuses to tell me why there's a $75 charge on the invoice. Listing said shipping was free so have no idea what it is for.

The Brush Hog was damaged during shippment/delivery. There was unseen damage on the blades. The shipping frame was bent underneath and the blades were jammed. After I cut the frame to remove the mower, I could not free it from the base of the shipping frame. After lifting with tractor and taking a tow chain over the blade, a short tug with my hand released the blades. I'm now concerned there may be damage to the rotating assemply. And there was a missing bolt for the skid plates and a nut that I can't identify as belonging to the skid plate assembly.
