Attachment was falling out of the box when delivered, terrible packaging and no effort was out to the box… shame on the guy who shipped it…..

The unit showed up chipped up, I get shipping something this heavy will get bumped up. I expected to touch it up with John Deere Green but...the color green on this ballest box, since it's made overseas does not match. I have to repaint the whole unit. Please get John Deere paint to match.

I ordered a rock rake grapple. I told them I needed 3/4" connectors. It was shipped to me with 1" connectors. When I contacted Titan to let them know, they pretty much told me too bad. I told them I wanted to return it and they said that they would charge me 20% for restocking and I would have to pay for the return shipping. This seems like a bait-and-switch routine and it will be reported as such.

I purchased a scratch and dent item but it didn’t even have the hardware to put it together. It was just sloppily thrown into a box. It was a scratch and dent not incomplete item. Disappointed.

I would have gave a five-star review but the item I purchased dropped in price one day after I ordered it without my knowing. After I got it delivered I tried to get a price to adjustment 4 days later and was not allowed to do so. Would have saved me $250. Kind of takes away the confidence in purchasing from, Palletforks.com. Don't know if I would be so confident to purchase again because of this I would have to wait and wait and wait for the best price, and ultimately might decide on something else.

My 2 star rating has more to do with customer service than the item I bought. The item was damaged during shipment so the carrier sent it back to Titan. So I sent customer service an email pointing out what has happened. Here is a copy of the message I sent: "It appears that my order has been traveling through many states and is heading back to Titan. Could you please get this order sent to me in a timely manner? Thank you" I received a reply that Titan would look into this matter. After a few days without hearing anything from Titan I called a sales representative and told them what had happened. The sales representative put in a replacement request immediately. That interaction was very positive and with a positive outcome. My issue with Titan started when I received the email for the replacement order. In that email Titan stated that " I should consider this a "one time courtesy" to replace this order since I opted out of delivery insurance.". So Titan's stance is that I should be grateful that I received an item from them that I paid for. I find this shocking. Specially, since I never received the damage item to begin with. For this reason I highly doubt that I will ever purchase anything else from Titan. As for the item itself I have found that the paint flakes off very easily and quickly and the 2 bottom link pins are to long which causes them to spin which in turn causes more paint to be scraped off.

O had a Titan pallet fork attachment with a John Deere quick mount. I had used it on my John Deere tractor, it worked fine. When i went to mount it on this quick hitch adaptor the holes on one side did not line up with the pins on the Titan pallet forks. I had to use a die gringer and grind the holes up adout 1/4" on one side.

The forks are great the frame doesn't fit well on my t62 bobcat one side fits and locking pin locks good the other side doesn't want to lock once I finally got it to lock the piece that it locks in is bent down like it was welded work.

The Toro Land Plane was delivered in 3 parts, over a period of a few weeks. Part 1 arrived and I contacted the company, and they told me the other part would arrive a week or so later, which it did. However, it was missing the 4 bolts needed to attach the two parts, which I contacted the company about, and were subsequently shipped to me a week later. I then learned that I needed a giant wrench (30mm) for the bolts, which Amazon shipped to me overnight. I've now assembled the land plane, which seems sturdy enough, though I had to use the bolts to close up about a 1" gap between the parts. The thick but soft metal bent to the will of my new giant wrench. The problem here was communication.

The grapple i purchased is ok for the price. For starters the website specs for the weight are incorrect according to the placard on the attachment. Not sure which one is correct. 2nd the hydraulic hoses are excessively long and arent secured correctly. I end up pinching mine in the tilt cylinders multiple times. They did a great job ptotecting the cylinders but completely neglected the T in the middle where everything joins. A stick or branch can and will easily brake this off. I will have to take it to a shop and have a plate welded in front of it for protection.

I got the mini skid steer flail mower only used it about 3 times a total of about 1 hour . The seal is leaking. I contacted Titan ,and all I am getting is email ,no answers I am tied of it I will have to fix it my self

Cut is ok. Not great for a finish mower, more like a bush hog. Most frustrating part is if mowing on anything other than super flat surface, the mower trails off to the side. I’m keeping because I think I can rig it up to follow better and I need it for mowing certain areas

The bucket is already broken beyond use already. I've only dug two holes (in dirt) and the back welds have broken. The bucket that is on this fronthoe is not heavy duty enough to do anything other than dig sand "maybe". Now I need to find a replacement bucket that is more heavy duty. Any suggestions on where I could find one that will hold up and fit the equipment I purchased from you? I have tons of photos and video that I can provide. As of now I have two small holes worth $2500 and a broken paperweight. This is very frustrating and I'm sure I'm not the first. CLOUDCAC@AOL.COM
