Quick delivery, but FedEx delivered it to my neighbor instead of my house built well, but the two adapters will not fit John Deere bucket, and it will not fit a WR Long grapple without Alterations. The John Deere hooking pin to skid steer style quick attach works good fit good.

The attachment was exactly what I needed, and it arrived on time. Unfortunately before I could use it the tractor stopped working and I needed to return the attachment. Well before buying read the return policy as it is very restrictive. The attachment has to be unused, you have to pay the return (expected as you should not put that burden on the company) and then which is the reason for the 3 stars you are penalized with a 20% restocking fee, excessive to say the least as these attachments are very expensive. In my case, between shipping and restocking fee it was better to keep the attachment I cannot use. Other than that as I mentioned the item was exactly what I asked and on time- 5 stars.

When I received my fork attachment the top was bent in shipping I guess. Still works but it was bent never the less. That’s why I rated a three. I’m not the kind of person that would send back as long as it worked.

The product does work and has made my life easier. It was manufactured wrong and does not fit on one side. Either it was warped or bent too short and will not allow the securing clamps.to engage on the right mount

My order arrived very quick. Was placed on a Tuesday and received on a Friday. Order was for a set of standard 42 inch pallet forks. The only problem was that 2 different size forks were sent, a 42 inch and a 36 inch. I had to call and have another 42 inch fork sent, which was and it only took a few extra days but it was kind of a hassle having to take pics and send them but at the end of it all I finally had my pallet forks. Not totally disappointed but a little Will order from again

The Middle Buster is solidly built, and needed minimal assembly to hang on the tractor. As some reviewers point out, it has the wrong length bolts for assembly. Not a showstopper for me, but it is sloppy considering this is a heavy duty, farm implement meant to last for years. Shipping was pretty fast, considering I am 2 blocks away from their shipping center and it got to my house in 25 hours. I could've crawled here quicker, but so it goes.

Product was fine but had bad experience with Fed X. Left frame next to road, 1100 feet from house. Did notify me of its location. Want use Fed X again UPS is better.

I ordered Titan pallet forks due to decent product reviews and a price that was what I considered reasonable in comparison to other options. The shipping was pretty fast although one fork came a couple of days later than the other two parts. The tracking info was kind of messed up so the poor Fed Ex guy got no help from me to unload 90lb parts due to delivery when I was not expecting it to be. They do seem to be made well. The welds are not perfect but acceptable for the price. One problem is they do not easily install on my quick tach loader. It fits, but I have to mess with it to get it to the right position to get the pins in the holes and clipped in. So far, for the price and how often I will use them they are acceptable.

While I really like the products, order processing leaves a lot to desired. I placed a large order, $3500, which sat for 3 weeks, no explanation or status given on the website. I finally got in contact with a third rep that told me some tax info was missing. I email the info and the products arrived all within 3 days via freight and FedEx. Not once in those 3 weeks did anyone contact me for the missing info or give/show status updates. How hard can it be to send an email, txt, or call when there is a exception in order processing, it's not like the contact info was missing. 3 stars because the products are great, but the order processing was 0. Better luck next time, maybe!

Was excited after reading prior reviews about the quality of the open box equipment, was disappointed when when I received it. Box was destroyed, parts were missing, and the attachment looked like it had been used on a farm daily for 7 months. It works as it should so I have no complaints regarding its construction, just its handling by the prior owner. I knew this was a possibility when ordering, just disappointed based on other reviews.

60" standard duty Grapple I'm giving this 3 stars because not sure if I like it or not. I've been grinding and filing on it because it will not lock in place. It's getting close but still hard.Once I'm finished grinding I'll test out the hydraulics and after the locking issue I'm sure that they probbaly didn't chek system for leaks. It seems well built just wish I didn't have to waste my time fixing something that should have been checked at the factory.

The first order of the Ballast Box was shown shipped and I received no more notifiacations, nor did I receive the box. I contacted Titan and they researched and fojund the item lost in shipping. They offerred to refund the payment or reorder the box. I requested a reorder and this time received the ordered item. It was several weeks after the initial order, and was somewhat "banged up/scraped" on delivery, but is functioning well so far.

Looks functional. But general quality lacks. You would think they would line things up and square stuff up. I’m taking things like the access door mounted 1/4” higher than the frame it’s in and more than a 1/4” out of square in the opening. Cross bars not straight or square. Looks a bit like I built it in my garage. Painted not powered coated.

Received the wrong mower to begin with. Titan fixed the problem which was great that is why experience is not a 1.

Seems like a good product but haven't been able to use it yet due to the fact that the couplers were different from my tractor. This product needs to have a selection of couplers offered to the customer at the point of purchase. Only other issue so far is the tapped hole that secures the pin for the cylinder is cross threaded. Probably rereview it after use of the tool..

I misunderstood the product description and thought that 1 3 ment cat 1 to 3 thus ordered the wrong quick hitch for my 4240 JD. Fortunately I have a 3000 Ford that it will fit.

The attachment itself seems nice, except I can't get it out of the steel cage it arrived in until I can find someone to cut it apart. Also, tracking never updated. Shipping company didn't contact me prior to delivery or during delivery since I wasn't home and just dropped it where they wanted on my driveway in the metal cage that we can't move or access our attachment from. Hopefully you can work to make communication better between yourself, Shipper and the customer
