“This is really not about the piece of equipment. But things that happened getting it here and getting it to function with our tractor. Several times it was listed for delivery but it wasn’t so I called customer service for the delivering co.as I had been staying home to receive it. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. She actually tried to called the terminal where it was coming out of once it would be delivered. She couldn’t get an answer so she said she Would make co bract and would call me back which she did. She gave me a delivery date and gave the driver my phone number so we would have ample time to get my guard dogs secured. Fortunately my husband was home when it came as I would not have been able to get it off the truck . The driver was very courteous and helped . For whatever reason the tail gate would not go to the ground making it much more difficult to retrieve it from the truck. Eventually my husband and the driver were able to secure it and get in our driveway. Probably due to the fact it weighed over 1000 pounds made what might have been simple a lot more aggravating in being able to move it. Will this deter us from buying from Titan No. this is the 2nd product we have bought in the past couple months . Josh has helped me both times and was very helpful in taking my order when my I couldn’t get it done on line”

“Owners manual should be furnished with shipment. Hard to set up while trying to view manual on a phone. Also would be helpful if manual included gear oil resevoir capacity.”

“Everything I've purchased from Titan has been top quality and "as advertised," except for one PTO shaft that was shipped with heavy black paint fouling the release buttons on the couplers, and heavy black paint and some kind of fibrous material jammed into the couplings. It took a lot of effort to remove the paint and clean the splines in the couplings. Once that was done, it worked as described.”

“I rated your performance at 4 of 5 stars. Would have been 5 stars but for the shipping. My aerator received some damage in shipping due to forklift handling by the shipping company. The aerator in shipped inside a steel frame that does protect the aerator but not if handled improperly by sliding the forklift blades under the frame. All that is needed to prevent this is some bright lettering (red?) and some placard showing correct placement of forklift blades. Four of my spoons and one of the support legs were bent.”

“I purchased a scratch and dent skidsteer quick tach conversion plates, and two quick tach attachment plates. The scratch and dent came scratched up. Which js fine because most of the paint/ powder coat was going to get ground off for welding. The levers were backwards. Wondering if the previous purchaser had flipped them or if they were unintentionally flipped by the manufacture and the previous purchaser could not figure out how to get them flipped correctly. Got them in the handles in the right orientation and we were off. Attachment plates came in and are as expected. Came with a coating to keep them rust free. They look great! Will be great to add to my bucket and build a snow plow for my tractor from. Shipment and deliver was fast. Much faster than I needed them for my projects!”

“When the attachment was delivered by FedEx, the cardboard box was completely destroyed, but found that one of the release handles was bent a little bit. But we were able to straighten without too much trouble. But I truly expected it to be delivered on a pallet from a delivery freight tractor and trailer. But delivered on a route truck to be handled by hand. It actually took the delivery man and I to carry it out of the delivery van because of the weight and the destroyed box it was shipped in. But because of the bent handle and the condition of the box, I only gave a 4 star rating.”

“I didn’t know how much assembly was required, and the top link doesn’t stay hooked on my John Deere iMatch quick hitch so the cutting quality is not as good as hoped.”

“Shipping was fast and easy. However, the economy stump bucket i purchased does not fit my tractor correctly. It appears as if the lower plate (SSQA) is longer than all my other attachments and will not allow me to lock the pins in. (It doesn't fit flat against the mounting plate.) Overall quality seems good except for this issue. I will probably remove some material to make it fit better.”

“The JD Compatable Stump Bucket is a beast! It's well built, and well engineered. The welds look good, and everything fit my tractor perfectly. It came a little scratched up, but its going to get scratched from use anyways I suppose.”

“The unit arrived with only one bolt for attaching the spade to the frame. Needed two. The bolt that did come with it was too long so the nut ran out of threads before being able to tighten the bolt. I had to find another bolt and use several washers on the bolt provided to be able to cinch the bolt for tightness. Need to ship with two bolt and shorter bolts for proper attachement”

“The attachments arrived faster than expected. Heavy duty construction, only wish they were tighter on my quick attach. I have a John Deere 240 skid steer and the attachment plates are loose, have about 1/2” play. I may have to shim.”
