“Initially I was concerned after receiving phone call a couple days after placing online order asking to verify the information I submitted. I had never experienced this situation before. Because if the delay between placing order and follow up call I wasn't sure the order would be received in time for Christmas. But it did arrive in time and I'm very satisfied now.”

“The wheelchair hitch ramp was good no issues, but the the folding was an issue couldn’t put the pin in due to was not rounded had to drilled no issues. However the side plates were thin and a few dents from shipping wishes the side plate were more thinker stronger to put the tie down on the hitch wheelchair ramp.”

“Ramps arrived promptly and appear to be very well made with clean welds, no rough/sharp edges, and consistent paint finish. Excellent value, enhanced by a substantial discount on the day I purchased them. Looking forward to using them. Arrived with minor damage on one ramp. Nothing substantial, just a slight "fold over" bend at one end of a vertical side, adjacent to the hinge. Straightened with a few hammer taps. Paint is cracked/chipped and the aluminum shows stress cracking. Small piece (1/2") of aluminum will likely break off. Not a critical problem, does not affect the usefulness/safety of the ramp. Recommendations: - Replace the lightweight cotter keys used to secure the castle nuts on the hinges with more substantial ones, or use a nyloc type nut instead of the castle nut. Factory installed cotter keys are too small and brittle. - For added durability use a powder coat finish instead of paint.”

“It'll do the job. If your looking for a cheep why to transport. Didn't come with instructions. Has no pin for the tailgate. Bounces alot. Had to drive slow, due to the bouncing.”

“Ramp was priced very well and shopping was excellent. The quality is solid and assembly was easy. I purchased this cargo carrier with ramp to transport my snow blower and it works perfectly. The added bonus of that ramp folding up to save space is a wonderful feature.”

“The drop basket arrived with the cardboard shipping box undamaged. However, the portion of the unit that bolts to the ATV rack, shipped inside the drop basket and is held in place by two cable locks had one cable lock broken. As a result, the interior surfaces of the drop basket were badly scratched. Also, there was a significant amount of small sand-like particles inside the shipping box. It appeared as if a handful of factory floor sweepings ended up in the box. The unit needed some repainting before I installed it. I am mostly satisfied with the unit but disappointed in its condition upon arrival.”

“Ramp showed up quickly. the box was completely destroyed and the ramp has some scratches from that. I'm assuming that is not the sellers fault and is the fault of the shipping carrier. a few scratches dont worry me. its a ramp for loading dirtbikes... Ramp is heavy duty and very well built.”
