“Easy ordering, good delivery time & item looked great. Unfortunately it didn't meet our current needs. Difficult to figure out how to return, but once we did no problem. Return shipping comes out of refund, but it's not an unreasonable amount. Wish the site were clearer & contained more information.”

“The ramp (10 ft.) arrived without handrails. Dr.s would not approve the ramp alone. W/O handrails the ramps are useless.”

“Ramp is sturdy and works great. The photograph includes the RAILS, but the product does NOT contain rails. The delivery was delayed and the box came broken and damaged, but luckily the ramp was ok.”

“Boxes that ramps were shipped in arrived destroyed but ramps were undamaged. Super heavy. Hinges look like the only weak spot.”

“Bought these ramps for our roll in dock to pull it out of the lake one time and the dock destroyed them? Ramps are supposed to be rated at 1000lbs ea. NOT!! Used them one time and 6 welds broke on one ramp, very disappointed.”
