“Looks like a really sturdy carrier. Assembly instructions are very poor. Kind of light weight packaging for an 86 # metal box.”

“We should not have to provide our billing and shipping addresses twice. Once when we placed the order and then again after receiving E-mail notice that YOU require confirmation of both. That’s unnecessary nonsense”

“Loosely put together so I had to tighten all the fasteners. The locking mechanism for the ramp in the raised position doesn’t line up, I’ll have to fix it. Instructions are not so great either. I hope it will actually hold 400 lbs.”

“Pro: Cheap for longer ramp. Con: 1. Hinge Lock pin hole did not line up. had to bore it out. 2. Ramp vertical lock pin hole did not line up. Had to bore it out. 3. Reflectors already came mounted on tail and were smashed. Was this a previous return? 4. Over half dozen paint chips from handling damage due to poor packaging. Fortunately for me, or not, this will be the last manual carrier I ever buy. My next one will have to be powered.”

“They processed my order very quickly and shipped it out right away. Very efficient. The ramp is very sturdy and well made,however, it is way too heavy and cumbersome for me to use. I returned the ramp and will look for an easier and lighter ramp to use.”

“I bought the small threshold ramp. The door closes fine. The problem is while opening the door, the little ramp gets pulled away by the door.”

“The ramps themselves are of good quality. Arrived with some scuffs and scratches but that's the challenge of delivery. The provided straps are weak so I use my own ratchet straps to secure them to my truck. They also scuff up the tailgate trim so maybe a rubber barrier would be helpful?”
